We design buildings that connect people with their environment
Understanding how good design can lift a soul and make everyday better.
This ethos was first embraced at the University of Queensland and then by Anna as a young architect under the watchful eye of architect, Geoffrey Pie. Our first project under the banner of Anna Ferguson Architect was a small extension to a Queenslander in Greenslopes.
With over 25 years’ experience, Anna Ferguson Architect offers a very personal service working closely with clients to clarify their brief and budget, to develop design solutions and to manage all stages of documentation and construction.
We offer design services for projects of all sizes from small refurbishments through to larger commercial and industrial buildings. Sympathetic alterations and conservation works to Queenslanders and other heritage sites is a major strength of our professional experience.
Every project has different requirements - fees are negotiated at the beginning of the project and services are tailored to suit the clients’ design budget.
We are able to provide initial onsite consultations, pre-purchase consultations, master plans and full design and documentation.
Shared visions are essential to a successful project. We work closely with our clients to guide them to the best solution possible. Connecting people with their environment, be it a sunny garden, a leafy street or a stimulating urban area, is the basis of our design ethos.
